How do your sizes fit?
MEASURE, MEASURE, MEASURE.
Read the entire description and measure. We are happy to help if you have questions over the phone or through email. If there is a specific measurement you cannot find please contact us.
Most of our items run true to size, HOWEVER if your child is chunky or on the heavy side please go up a size! This is true for everything.

How do the lace rompers and most dresses fit?
Dresses and rompers alike have elastic to hold up the soft lace. Without elastic these will slip down and not sit tight. All of our items i.e. rompers and dresses fit tight! They are not meant to fit loose. These are unique fabrics and textures and are often worn as formal wear, as a photo prop, photo shoots and more. Some are not meant for everyday casual wear. ALTHOUGH some of them can be worn daily, we recommend for you to take into consideration these aspects in the materials.

Are your dresses and rompers itchy?
No they are not itchy. We use soft lace and lining in hopes of making your child feel comfortable and cozy, but please remember some children are more sensitive than others. 98% of moms approve of the fabric being soft and comfortable. 

How accurate are your measurements?
Due to the nature of our fabrics, measurements are as close as possible that we have for each size. When measuring use the guide and if you have concerns contact us. We always say order up if you are unsure.

Will alterations be needed on dresses?
Sometimes you will need to alter the length. Dresses are made to our measurement chart and patterns. If you purchase for example our "rustic lace dress" to be below the knee or above you may need to have it altered shorter or have a tier removed. 

What payment is accepted?
We accept PayPal, apple pay and all major credit cards through our direct checkout.
All payments paid by e-Checks through PayPal must clear in order for your order to be fulfilled.
E-Checks may take up to 5 days or more to clear from your bank.

Can an order be cancelled?
You can cancel an order within 4 hours of the order being placed, but after 4 hours have passed and the order is fulfilled we are unable to cancel/refund the order. We try our best to fulfill orders promptly in hopes of getting your purchase to you as soon as possible. After the 4 hours has passed we have begun processing your order.
